These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using DeployMint’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services Overview
DeployMint offers website design, development, and digital solutions, including but not limited to:
- Custom website creation
- Webflow development
- Monthly web maintenance and monitoring
- Content management system (CMS) setup
- SEO setup and analytics integration
- Email, CRM, and third-party integrations
- Revised brand guidelines such as logos, colors, typography, etc.
2. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and timely information
- Review and approve deliverables promptly
- Pay all agreed fees according to invoice terms
- Supply all content, images, and branding assets unless otherwise agreed
- Delays in content or approvals may affect delivery timelines and are not the responsibility of DeployMint.
3. Payment Terms
- A deposit (typically 50%) is required to begin work unless otherwise agreed
- Remaining balance is due upon completion, prior to site launch or file transfer
- Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month or the highest amount permitted by law
Subscription or retainer services (if applicable) will be billed monthly and require cancellation notice 30 days in advance.
4. Intellectual Property
- Clients retain full ownership of any content, images, or branding they provide
- DeployMint retains rights to any proprietary frameworks or reusable code
- Final designs and developed websites will be transferred to client ownership upon full payment, unless agreed upon for DeployMint to host and manage the site upon completion
DeployMint reserves the right to showcase finished work in its portfolio.
5. Revisions and Change Requests
Each package includes a set number of revisions. Any additional revision rounds, changes in scope, or add-on services may be subject to additional fees.
6. Hosting and Third-Party Services
Clients are responsible for domain name registration, hosting, and third-party services unless included in the agreement. DeployMint may assist with these services but is not liable for their performance or issues.
7. Warranties & Disclaimers
DeployMint provides services “as is.” While we aim for flawless delivery; we do not guarantee specific business outcomes nor are we liable for loss of business, revenue, or data arising from use or inability to use the website or services
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a project for any reason with 30 days written notice. In such cases: Work completed to date will be billed and no refunds will be issued for completed work or time
9. Confidentiality
All project discussions, business details, and client materials are treated as confidential and will not be shared without consent.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
